		<description><![CDATA[In Hastings a new initiative to utilize empty shop and retail spaces has started. AWG visited the former Halifax Estate agent shop, now home to a group of artists and re-named the &#8216;Nomad&#8217; Creative space.
Nomad have just hosted the &#8216;Big Draw&#8217; to co-incide with the nationwide Big Draw event around Britain.
